Free Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) information sessionadelaide mindfulness clients

A free session that allows you to meet the teachers, chat with past participants, learn about the benefits of MSC and experience some of the simple practices.

Research supporting the positive impacts of both mindfulness and self-compassion are rapidly growing alongside the wonderful feedback that we are getting from the past participants of our MSC programs. WISE COMPASSION

Compassion-based mindfulness for greater balance, energy and joy

Do you find it hard to say no? Are your energy levels depleted due to the care you give to others? Do you give to the point of near burn out? Is empathy for others causing problematic stress, worry, anxiety, sleep problems, or feelings of overwhelm?

This 6-hour workshop explores how gently persevering with mindfulness and self-compassion can be the key to finding that balance of wisdom and compassion in any given moment. Creating balance then evokes greater energy, steadiness and joy.

We are subject to so much suffering in our society these days, ours, our loved ones and also on a global level. Without the clarity and insights that mindfulness and self-compassion bring chronic overwhelm is an all too real possibility.

Learn skills and practices that are evidenced based, to live an authentic and compassionate life. Understanding our shared human needs and our limitations can enable us to stay loving and present without burning out or becoming over-whelmed. Through the increased clarity mindfulness can bring and by including one's self in the flow of compassion we more easefully stay connected with others through both the easy and difficult times.  

Pre-requisites:

Completion of a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) program or Mindfulness program such as the Month of Mindfulness, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) or Mindfulness Based Stress Reducation (MBSR) is essential.
