PETE GIBSON

Pete Gibson Adelaide Mindfulness

When teaching MSC Pete's aim is to focus on the intension that brings him to practice and let go of the outcome. He believes that in this way MSC can gently 'creeps up' on you and in you, in the nicest possible way. That’s certainly been his experience, MSC being a way of being, a process that is  happening slowly from the 'inside out'.

"For me it’s a feeling, a state of being that I have attained that speaks to me much more eloquently than words. So consequentially, I aim to honour this and teach from the heart."

Pete is a trained MSC teacher, Counsellor and NLP practitioner. He currently co-teaches MSC programs alongside Tina and facilitates a men's group - BOB: Bunch of Blokes. He is the co-founder of Estuary Counselling and Mindfulness.

"Both Tina and Peter have a wealth of knowledge and experience. Their passion for MSC shone through."

" Tina and Pete are real - human - loving - respectful."

" The facilitators were knowledgeable and engaging. They were both approachable and friendly."

"The blend of input, meditations, poems, reflections, journalling and discussions in both the small and large groups. By far the sharing of stories by both facilitators and participants in such a caring and honest way was very valuable. The dynamics of this group was so conducive to learning, sharing and connecting."
